When we ship your order you will receive an email of the terminal location / contact information and the tracking number. Order processing is started when funds are received, and processing time depends on how many boats are in stock. Kayak orders are typically received in 10-14 business days. For orders shipped to a Washington State address, add 8.6% for sales tax. NOTE - DIRECT SHIPPING: If you have a business address (not a home based business, but an address in a commercially zoned area) we can ship there directly for the same price as to a Shipping Terminal for pickup.
